Do I need to power the heat pump with a GFCI breaker in my panel or are the units safe to use without one? Thanks. |

Thank you for writing. Some manufacturers advise to use them and some do not. Usually they say in the manuals. They will always say that you should go by your local codes to be safe. When in doubt just call the manufacturer. I hope that helps.
