I turned the heater on and it reads "High water temperature" on the heater screen. Could this have anything to do with the temperature sensor? Please advise.

Dear York:
Thank you for writing to me. It could be a sensor or board problem or maybe even a water flow issue. If you are in Florida you have a 5 year warranty and are probably still covered. I would call the factory and ask them. They will need your model and serial number when you call. Sincerely, Marcus |
