I have a LP light on my EUS Hart heat pump.  What should I do?  Is there a someone in KY that can help?

Dear John:
Thank you for writing. LP means Low Pressure. your heater is probably 5 to 10 years old. That light could mean that you have a freon leak or it could also be that you ran the heater at night when it was below 50 degrees. If the heater doesn't come back on when it warms up a bit then you need to call a heating and cooling contractor who can check for freon leaks for you. We are here for you if you have any questions or if your contractor needs any guidance.

Sincerely,
Marc Miller
